All donations are welcome! Gifts valued at $100 or greater will be acknowledged on our website, which is regularly updated. Donations $250 or higher received by May 1 will be acknowledged on our volunteer T-shirts for the party.

Volunteer

PLEASE help us make sure this party is around for future graduating classes by volunteering now! We urgently need planning committee volunteers in order to continue providing this fun, safe event. We are committed to making the 2025 party happen, but without more help, this party will end. The following positions need to be filled (click on any position to read a brief job description):

We have some volunteer needs on the day and night of the event. During the day, we need help picking up supplies. On the night of the event, we will need assistance setting up the Civic Center for coffee hour/registration/transportation, as well as bus chaperones. And we will need help all night at the Main Event, doing a variety of things like check-in, loading and unloading the buses, providing general oversight, and supervising Thank You cards and “stash your stuff.”
